Roppel Industries currently consists of 13 distribution centers, 4 radiator repair shops, a nationwide warranty program, service center and nine warehouse distribution centers spread across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas. With a fleet of over seventy-five vehicles along with various contracting delivery services, we offer same or next-day service to almost anywhere.
Experienced Team
We’re a third-generation business formed in 1947 with direct roots in radiator repair. In 1960, Roppel began both the manufacturing and distribution of radiator cores along with other heat transfer products. We employ over 100 people and have over 200 years of combined experience in the off road, industrial, rail, marine, and mining industries.
Engineering Capabilities
We can reverse engineer and narrow down a part for your radiator no matter how old. Our team is capable of thermal and mechanical calculations, radiator/core sizing for non-typical applications, high quality drawings and modeling, heat exchangers designed to TEMA, ASME and other applicable codes and standards, and so much more.
Custom Replacements
Dealer items only are a thing of the past. No matter the make or manufacturer, Roppel can build the cooling product replacement. Industrial applications like Komatsu, Cat, and Volvo are cataloged with blueprints on file ready to manufacture. Understanding customer’s downtime situations cost money, Roppel has an extensive database of cooling products well-stocked for prompt shipping.
